Apply to the Lymphatic Area
Choose one area per session (breasts, underarms, neck, abdomen, or groin).
For Breasts & Underarms:
-
Gently massage around the outer breast.
-
Stroke upward toward the armpit (where lymph drains).
-
Use very light pressure — lymph moves best with gentle strokes.
For Neck & Jawline:
-
Start under the jaw.
-
Stroke downward toward the collarbone.
-
Keep pressure very light, like petting a cat.
For Abdomen:
-
Massage the entire belly in clockwise circles.
-
Finish with strokes moving up toward the chest and out to the sides, ending at the groin or armpits.
For Groin (Leg Drainage):
-
Massage the inner thigh.
-
Stroke upward toward the groin crease.
3️⃣ Use Gentle Heat (Optional)
For areas like breast, abdomen, or underarms only:
-
Place a warm (not hot) heating pad over the area.
-
Relax for 15–20 minutes.
Do NOT use heat on the neck.
Heat helps the castor oil and poke root penetrate deeper and encourages lymph movement.
4️⃣ Clean Up
-
Wipe off excess oil using a towel or warm cloth.
-
Drink a glass of water or herbal tea to help flush the lymphatic system.
