Lymphatic Drainage Directions

Apply to the Lymphatic Area

Choose one area per session (breasts, underarms, neck, abdomen, or groin).

For Breasts & Underarms:

  1. Gently massage around the outer breast.

  2. Stroke upward toward the armpit (where lymph drains).

  3. Use very light pressure — lymph moves best with gentle strokes.

For Neck & Jawline:

  1. Start under the jaw.

  2. Stroke downward toward the collarbone.

  3. Keep pressure very light, like petting a cat.

For Abdomen:

  1. Massage the entire belly in clockwise circles.

  2. Finish with strokes moving up toward the chest and out to the sides, ending at the groin or armpits.

For Groin (Leg Drainage):

  1. Massage the inner thigh.

  2. Stroke upward toward the groin crease.

3️⃣ Use Gentle Heat (Optional)

For areas like breast, abdomen, or underarms only:

  1. Place a warm (not hot) heating pad over the area.

  2. Relax for 15–20 minutes.

Do NOT use heat on the neck.

Heat helps the castor oil and poke root penetrate deeper and encourages lymph movement.

4️⃣ Clean Up

  1. Wipe off excess oil using a towel or warm cloth.

  2. Drink a glass of water or herbal tea to help flush the lymphatic system.
